Every order from Discount Fillers is packaged, monitored and replaced under a strict cold-chain protocol. If the chain breaks, we own the loss — not you.
Our packaging
Insulated reefer boxes with food-grade gel packs pre-conditioned to 2–8°C. Validated to maintain temperature for 72+ hours in 35°C ambient transit conditions.
In-box temperature logger
Every shipment includes a digital temperature logger that records the parcel temperature every 10 minutes. The signed printout is in the outermost envelope.
What happens if the log fails
If the logger shows any reading outside 2–8°C on arrival, photograph the readout and email hello@wholesalefillers.world. We dispatch a free replacement on the same business day.
Inspection on arrival
Before signing for the package, briefly inspect the box for visible damage or melted gel packs. Note any issues on the courier's POD slip.
