Terms of service
These terms govern your access to and use of Discount Fillers. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who can buy
Discount Fillers sells exclusively to verified licensed clinics, hospitals, distributors and training academies. You must be authorised by your local regulator to handle injectable aesthetic medicine. You may not buy or possess our products as a consumer.
2. No resale to consumers
Products purchased on Discount Fillers are for professional use only within your licensed practice. You may not resell to the public, list on consumer marketplaces or supply to non-licensed practitioners.
3. Pricing & changes
Prices are wholesale and subject to volume tiers shown at checkout. We may update prices at any time; orders placed before the change honour the price at order time.
4. Payment terms
Orders are payable on placement unless you have been approved for Net-30. Late payment may incur 1.5% monthly interest and suspension of further orders.
5. Liability
Discount Fillers is not liable for clinical outcomes resulting from the use of products purchased through the platform. Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the order in question.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration unless prohibited by local law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always available at this URL and applies to orders placed after publication.
