Counterfeit reporting

Discount Fillers actively fights counterfeit aesthetic products. If you suspect a product (purchased anywhere) is fake, report it to us and we will investigate, alert the original manufacturer and — where appropriate — replace the unit at no cost.

What to report

  • Suspicious packaging (incorrect hologram, blurred print, wrong language insert)
  • Lot number that does not match any database
  • Unusual viscosity, colour or odour
  • A supplier claiming "manufacturer-direct" without a verifiable trail

How to report

Email counterfeit@wholesalefillers.world with the supplier, lot number, photos of box / vial / insert, and your contact. Whistleblower confidentiality is guaranteed.

What we do with it

Within 48h we authenticate the lot with the manufacturer's pharmacovigilance contact. If counterfeit is confirmed we (a) alert the manufacturer's brand protection team, (b) report to the relevant health regulator, and (c) where you bought via Discount Fillers, ship a free replacement.

Why this matters

Counterfeit toxins and fillers are a clinical safety issue. Active reporting protects patients, clinics and the broader aesthetic industry.
