Shipping policy
Discount Fillers ships every order via DHL Express with full cold-chain protection and end-to-end tracking.
Dispatch time
Orders placed before 14:00 (your warehouse's local time) ship the same day. Otherwise within 24h.
Transit time
Typically 4–5 business days from the moment we hand the parcel to DHL. Customs in your country may add 0–2 days depending on local processes.
Cost
- 1–3 items: $49 flat
- 4+ items: $49 + $24 per additional item
- 50+ items: FREE shipping (qty perk, regardless of value)
Carriers
DHL Express is our default. Larger consolidated shipments may use FedEx International Priority or UPS Express Saver at our discretion.
Customs & duties
Customs clearance is handled by DHL's local broker. Some countries impose import duties — these are billed directly to you by DHL and are outside the price of your order.
Restricted destinations
Due to import regulations, we do not ship Class II pharmaceuticals to a small list of jurisdictions. We will notify you before charging if your destination is affected.
