How do I get verified to buy?
Register an account with your clinic name and license number. Our team verifies within one business day. Once approved, full wholesale pricing and ordering unlocks.
Do I have to pay upfront?
First-time clinics pay in full upfront. After three successful orders, we extend Net-30 invoicing for orders above $5,000.
What payment methods?
Wire transfer (SWIFT/SEPA), credit/debit card (3D-Secure), and crypto stablecoin (USDC/USDT) on request.
Can I order in advance?
Yes — for marketing campaigns and seasonal volume, contact your account manager and we can pre-position stock.
Lead time for restocks
Most SKUs are in stock and ship within 24h. For temporarily out-of-stock items, restock ETA is shown on the product page.
