Returns & refunds

Discount Fillers offers a clear and clinic-friendly return policy. Because these are temperature-sensitive medical products, returns are limited to specific scenarios.

What we accept

  • Visible damage on arrival (broken vials, crushed boxes, leaking syringes)
  • Cold-chain excursion (temperature log shows out-of-range)
  • Incorrect SKU or quantity shipped
  • Expiry shorter than guaranteed minimum (18 months)

What we don't accept

  • Opened or used product
  • Product purchased more than 14 days ago without prior notice
  • Wholesale orders that have already been transferred to a third party

How to claim

Within 48 hours of delivery, email hello@wholesalefillers.world with your order number, a short description of the issue and 2–3 photos. We respond within one business day.

Refunds

Approved claims are resolved by replacement shipment (preferred) or refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
