Direct from manufacturers

We source straight from authorised producers in South Korea, Europe and the United States. No grey-market reimports, no parallel-trade lots.

Every box carries the manufacturer's lot number, expiry date and certificate of authenticity. We log the lot you receive against your invoice.

Reefer packaging with frozen gel packs maintains 2–8°C for 72+ hours. Each shipment includes a printed temperature log signed at dispatch.

Minimum 18 months remaining shelf life on every unit shipped. Most lots ship with 24–30 months.

Our Seoul and Hong Kong warehouses are audited annually for GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and cold-chain compliance.
