How it works
Upon injection, the CMC gel carrier provides immediate, temporary volume. Over subsequent weeks, the carrier is naturally absorbed while the PCL microspheres act as a scaffold for neocollagenesis. Fibroblasts are stimulated to produce new Type I and Type III collagen, gradually building a durable, natural tissue framework. The PCL microspheres are slowly and predictably biodegraded over time, leaving behind the patient's own collagen matrix.
